The philosophy of the Hexton CC junior section is to:
The club is investing in the junior squads through developing 4 coaches who will be ECB qualified and providing new facilities like nets, practice balls and other equipment. In addition Herts CC grants will result in improvements to the ground and surroundings. The club hopes to engage with as many parents as possible to help support the training and league matches.
