Hexton Football Club

James Gurney - Goalkeeper
Hexton's David Seaman. Likes crosses about as much as Dracula.

Henry 'Thierry' Lynn - Defender and Player Manager
Pacey, Skillful and a naturally gifted footballer, are all words that have never been used to describe Henry.

Dan Gill - Defender
Prolific infront of Goal, Dan averages 4 goals per season, all unfortunately past Gurney

Ashley Norman - Defender
Player of the season 2007/08 and a great goal scorer - so obviously plays Centre Back.

Leigh Parsons - Defender/Midfielder
Leigh has an incredibly powerful shot and it is estimated that he is responsible for around £2000 of lost footballs per season

James Sugrue - Defender
Hexton's Maldini, adds a mediterreanian flair to the team and the only player to have a song 'Suggy, Suggy, Suggy, Suggy'

Dean King - Midfielder
At the end of his first season with the club, Dean did us all proud by having a bigger belly than when be started!

Dan Holder - Midfielder
Hard tackling Managers player of the season 2007/08. May have received the award because Henry is scared of him

Simon Jenkins - Midfielder
Hexton's youngest player and the only one with the ability to run for longer than 20 metres

Lee Elliot - Midfielder
Lee manages between 3-4 games a season, due to his ability to be constantly injured!

Alan Low Playmaker. Has an irrational hatred of referees!

Dan Ashby - Midfielder/Forward
A great young player. Will he match the legendary status of his dad, Glen 'still the fittest on the picth at 40' Ashby?

Mark Smith - Midfielder/Forward
Hexton's fashionable midfielder, that's if dodgy haircuts and savage coloured boots are fashionable.

Steve White - Forward
Steve's 15 minutes of fame came with an appearance on Chris Moyles. He's definately got a face for the Radio.

Jason Richards - Forward
Plays with his heart on his sleeve. Lethal from a yard out.

Matt Gurney - Forward
Hexton's Ole Gunnar Solksjaer, the baby face assassin!
